Everyone gets the same deal...


As an authorized representative of the library described above (The Vendor), I agree to sell books on The Vendor's behalf to Anybook Ltd. (The Purchaser) in accordance with the following conditions.

That The Purchaser agrees to purchase any stock that The Vendor might decide to sell for a price (The Price) agreeable to both parties and that in the absence of instructions to the contrary, The Price will be determined exclusively by The Purchaser and subject to alteration from time to time as The Purchaser sees fit.

That The Purchaser agrees to make payment to The Vendor for any stock sold subject to the following:

1. That 'The Shelf Fee' is defined as 1% of The Price for each day or part thereof that the books have been for sale.
2. That 'The Third-Party fees' are any fees charged by any third-party on account or in the furtherance of that sale.
3. That The Shelf Fee is capped at 100% of the price of the book and therefore can never exceed The Price.
4. That The Vendor will receive 100% of The Price less any Shelf Fees and Third-Party fees that may have accrued by the time of sale.
5. That no payment will be due for any books that The Purchaser has not sold on to a third party.
6. That The Purchaser will upon demand of The Vendor, sell back any book still in its ownership to The Vendor, on payment of any Shelf Fees that may have accrued whilst in The Purchasers possession. Nevertheless, whilst reasonable efforts will be made to assist, The Purchaser does not contract to identify or locate individual titles once they are purchased under the terms of this contract.

Either party reserves the right to terminate this contract without notice at any time and without liability or consequence other than that outlined above.
